On February 17, 2011, the Rogue Wave website and the websites of Rogue Wave’s recent acquisitions (Visual Numerics, TotalView Technologies & Acumem) were consolidated into a new www.roguewave.com website. We are also transitioning the automated processes previously housed on the separate websites, which changes how you request and download software, submit web support incidents, and activate or obtain license information. We value your business and recognize the potential concerns you may have during this transition - so we will be taking the opportunity to provide you with more personalized customer service.

Username/passwords set up on all websites previous to February 17, 2011 are no longer valid. If you had a “My Account” or “Customer Portal” login / username – your login will not work on the new site. 'My Account' portal access or TotalView customer portal access is no longer available on our new web site.
If you attempt to submit a support incident or request a product download on our new website, you will be asked to register and establish a new account. After re-registering on our new site, you are then capable of submitting support, evaluation & product download requests on the new web site.
Helpful Links for Current Customers:
- License Administration: Retrieval of your license keys, expiration dates, requests for server moves or ability to register your products automatically through a portal is not currently available. Customers should request license/registration information using the contact information found here: www.roguewave.com/support/contact-support.aspx#license
- Product Downloads / Updates: Direct access to product downloads and product updates is no longer available online in real time. Requests will typically be responded to on the same day as the request with an email containing a link to an ftp download location. Customers should request product downloads / updates using the request form found here: www.roguewave.com/support/contact-support/request-an-update.aspx
- Technical Product Support: Information on past support incidents that you may have had access to within your portal is not currently accessible through our web site. Please contact our support team through your preferred method (phone, email, web submission options): www.roguewave.com/support/contact-support.aspx
- Product Evaluations: Direct access to product evaluations and evaluation license keys are no longer available online in real time. Most requests will be delivered the same day. Customers should request product evaluations using the request form found here: www.roguewave.com/evaluate.aspx
- Online Purchases are no longer available through our web site. If you are interested in renewing your licenses, purchasing additional licenses, or submitting an RFQ (Request for Quote), please e-mail us at email@example.com or contact us at any of our Regional Offices.
We are planning to incorporate more automation and capabilities into our new site over time – and your new accounts will enable access to those features as they become available.
