Rogue Wave values the Visual Numerics product offerings and will continue to provide current and future customers with the superior support they have been accustomed to with Visual Numerics.

3. Do you expect any synergy between the two companies' products?

There are a large number of companies that use products from both Rogue Wave and Visual Numerics, sometimes in the same application. At this time we are not announcing new product combinations but we believe that there are some very interesting synergies and we will be talking to our customers to find out the best way to combine these technologies to better serve their needs.

4. Will the company serve the same geographical areas?

The combined company will continue to serve our customers in the same geographies throughout the world, in North America, Europe and Asia.
