JackBe Announces Strategic Partnership Agreement

JackBe's Presto™ REA Platform, Coupled with Rogue Wave® Hydra Technology, Addresses Growing Demand for High-Performance SOA Applications

BOULDER, Colo., October 12, 2006 — Chevy Chase, MD - October 3, 2006 - JackBe, the premier provider of Rich Enterprise Application (REA) solutions that integrate SOA and Ajax, today announced that it has completed a strategic partnership agreement with Rogue Wave Software, a division of Quovadx, Inc.

The partnership recognizes and leverages the strong complementary fit between the Rogue Wave Software and JackBe product architectures. The Rogue Wave® Hydra Suite delivers exponential performance and throughput improvements for critical software applications based on a Service Oriented Architecture (SOA). JackBe's Presto REA Platform combines and extends the SOA services produced by Hydra into highly interactive Ajax-based applications offering enterprise-grade reliability, scalability, and service governance.
